By default there are two users added. First one is Admin, and second one is Receptionist. Admin user is superior person of the software. Receptionist is just an user.
Admin belongs Admins group, but has special powers over the rest of Admins members. By default there is only one Admins member. And also Admins group is not given any power as on date.
Receptionist belongs to user group. He cannot see visits details of patient i.e. he cannot see or edit patient’s records. Receptionist can create patient registration etc.
First you have to join the clinicrecordsecurity.mdw file. To do this in 2003 Access choice from tools menu ->security-> workgroup administrator option. In 2007 access I have created a macro called ‘openworkgroupwizard’ click this, but before this you have enable macro by clicking options below the ribbon widget.
You may add as many users as you want i.e. Admins and User group members you like to. To do so you have to open ClinicRecords.mdb file. In 2003 access choice Tools menu -> Security-> user groups and permissions. In 2007 access choice database tools -> groups and permissions.
